Elizabeth Andrea Bitsie Tulloch (born January 19, 1981) is an American actor. Her most well-known role is the role of Juliette Silverton/Eve on the NBC show Grimm. Tulloch is a native Californian actor who has lived in Spain Uruguay, Argentina and San Diego. Tulloch uses the name Bitsie which is not an abbreviation of her birth name Elizabeth but a homage to her strangely-named grandfather, a World War II bomber pilot who was also involved in the tragic 1961 Goldsboro B-52 accident. Tulloch began to act as Bitsie in the year 2000, and continued to do so until 2017. Then she decided to change her name to Elizabeth.
